i got in town earlier than planned and they got a room ready for us right away. every thing was clean and ready and the staff was very nice and helpful. the breakfast had many great choices. the location was perfect as well.

I had a lovely experience with friendly front desk staff and good breakfast offerings, making my stay even better as I wandered around the nearby Sertoma Park and ventured to local cafes like ROAM Kitchen & Bar, perfect for weekend city strolls.

After a long drive, I was pleasantly surprised by the comfortable bed and quiet atmosphere. Breakfast exceeded my expectations with great options, and everything was surprisingly clean!

Close to Mall, large lounge/ eating area we were able to use to meet with family.
Pool was broke, the reason we picked the hotel over others was we had others meeting us traveling with kids who wanted the pool

The first room they gave me had been smoked in. I asked to be moved immediately upon walking into that room. They gladly moved me to a new room but the new room was next to the pool and extremely loud. Also the air conditioner made a weird noise everytime it turned off. Then they gave someone else a key to my room and they walked in on my husband and I taking a nap. This experience was by far one of the worst I have had at a hotel. I will not be staying here again.

The rooms were very nice and clean and the location was awesome. Right next to mall and dinning options and 15 min from the airport.
Staff wasn't rude but wasn't very friendly.
